How do I calculate Analytics "Normalized nationwide visits"?

hello. I live in USA and my blog is about some trend going on in the country. I want to calculate the traffic I get on my blog from within the country. Please help

    You can calculate Analytics Normalized nationwide visits from the normalized value of the website visits in your selected Analytics profile from across all of the United States. Each point has been divided by the maximum value on the graph so that all values are between 0 and 1.
