How do I change my AdSense payee name?

My location is in AdSense terms but I am unable to change the payee name in my account. I need to know what procedure am I supposed to follow.

    For some locations, you will have the option to change your payee name within your account by following these steps:
    • Sign in to your account.
    • Visit “My Account” tab.
    • In the Payee Information section, click edit payee name.
    • Review the important notes about payee name changes, accept the terms, and continue.
    • Enter your desired payee name and save your changes.
