How do I change or cancel my Singapore Airline ticket?

I have booked my ticket on Singapore Airline but I got some urgent work that's why I am unable to travel on Singapore Airline. Now I want to cancel my ticket on Singapore Airline. Does anyone know about that?

    You will have to login via the www.singaporeair.com or www.krisflyer.com website.  Locate your bookings under ‘My Bookings’ and select the booking that you wish to change or cancel. Click the “Change This Booking” at the bottom of the page.
