How do I change the format of my country's standard?

I want to change the format of numbers, times, and dates listed in my account to match my country's standard. Do you know how to configure that?

    If you're located in one of the countries listed in the table at the bottom of this page, the numbers, dates, and times in your AdWords account may not be formatted correctly by your country's standards.
    To change your account's number formatting:

       1. Sign in to your AdWords account at adwords.google.com.
       2. Click the My Account tab.
       3. Select Account preferences.
       4. Click edit next to Language and Number Preferences.
       5. Select the country where you're located from the drop-down menu labeled Choose your country.
       6. Click Save Changes.
