How do I run a compiled fortran program?

I have managed to compile a basic program in fortran but can't figure out how to run it.  I assume I can do so in MS-DOS (I'm using Windows xp), I just can't find any information on how.

    Click the start button and click on run, input the command and file path of the object file with any parameter values required. The compiled program may need to be linked or consolidated first to compute all the module addresses and links to libraries
