what if i have only had a iud for almost 4 months but i am having pegnancy signs but when i took a test it said negative what do i do and how do i kno if i am or not?

    so i had s*x i dont remember if it was may 2 9 or 16 but 2 or 3 weeks after  that i got my period but this month i have not got my period yet i was suposed too start my perion on june 14
