I am the kind of a person who is rather over cautious about so many things and particularly if it has to do anything with health. Most people around often make fun of me but this does not make me change my cautious attitude for my health. When it comes to the diseases that can spread from one person to another, the most fatal of all I can think of is AIDS or HIV. Although I do have some general knowhow of how it spreads but still to be more on the safe side, I would like someone to guide me further that how one can acquire AIDS or HIV?

Most people are always concerned in knowing about the spreading of AIDS or HIV. The first thing that you should understand is that it cannot be acquired by simply touching or being touched by someone. This is a kind of viral infection but spreads through the body fluids like blood, s***n, pre-seminal fluid, breast milk, vaginal fluids and r****m or anal fluids. However, the body fluids like f***s, nasal fluid, saliva, sweat, tears, urine, or vomit are without HIV but there is a risk if there are traces of blood in them and you get into some kind of direct contact.
