The fish in Japan could be at Lower Risk of Nuclear Contamination than leafy Vegetables because unlike the leafy vegetables which use oxygen from air, the fish uses dissolved oxygen. For this reason there is a least chance of a fish having nuclear contamination. The leafy vegetables on the other hand as are exposed to air can be having some traces of the radiations.
