I am very much fond of bike racing and I do have a dream of buying a racing motorbike for myself. When it comes to racing motor bikes I would certainly prefer heavy bikes. Having seen a lot of heavy and other bikes, I have really been impressed by the Ducati bikes. For this reason, I would like to know about the models of Ducati bikes that are available in the market.

Ducati motor bike is a production of Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A, based in Bologn, Italy. The company is known for producing motorcycles for both road use and motorcycle racing. It has been there in the motorcycle game since 1950 and this Italian porch is known for producing stylish, high-performance machines. According to the riders, most motorbike engines depend upon conventional springs for valve closure. However, as rpm increases, the time taken for the spring to close the valve becomes critical. Failure of the valve to follow the precise profile of the camshaft results in loss of performance. Ducati's Desmodromic valve system removes the spring and actuates valve closure mechanically. The result is safe, exact valve timing at all engine speeds. Every Ducati motorcycle, including our World Superbikes and the MotoGP Desmosedicis rely on the Desmo system. Some of the popular models for Ducati that are known presently include 1198SP superbike, the new Diavel sports cruiser, the Multistrada 1200 sport touring motorcycle, the Streetfighter naked motorcycle, motard models such as the Hypermotard 1100EVO and the Monster family of naked streetbikes such as the Monster 696.
