How much do need to pay for cacellation of purchesed ticket?

I have bought two tickets for karachi dated 7 dec but in emergency i have to go within two days, so how much i have to pay for cancelation and rebook again. please let me asp and also if is there any concession in speacial cicumtances because i cant afford a lot.

    where are you flying from? some times it is better to change the ticket rather than cancel it and order another one. if you are flying in two days, buying a new ticket will cost you one arm and two legs and that is if you are lucky but already purchased ticket maybe able to change for a small fee.
