How significant will Chelsea’s transfer ban prove?

Chelsea were handed a ban on signing any new players until 2011 in September. Will this eventually cost the Blues from lifting their first Champions League trophy next May?

    That ban may prove to be crucial as Chelsea have so many above 30 players that are needed to be replaced by the young ones and they wont be able to sign any players. SO they may not be able to keep the pace with other competitive teams.
