How soon does the webmaster tool indicates a malicious site?

I need to keep my computer safe from any harmful softwares out there and I need to know how long does it take Google to mark the bad ones out

    Very rarely, it can take up to a day for malware warnings and links to the malware review request form, to be visible in Webmaster Tools after your search has been flagged in search results.
