   Keep it Professional:
   The interviewer is not interested in your family, at least not now. Answer the question by emphasizing your best work qualities.
   Do Not Ramble:
   Keep your answer short and to the point. It can be easy to lose your nerve and start rambling. Practicing your answer beforehand can eliminate a case of the nerves.
   Tell the Truth:
   It can be tempting to lie about your experience and abilities, but honesty counts.
   Talk About Your Future:
   Tell the interviewer what your goals are for the future. If your goals involve growing with the company, mention that. Human resource departments recognize the benefit of hiring individuals who think long term.
   Mention Your Weaknesses:
   Employers want to know that you are aware of your weaknesses. Mention them along with your strong qualities to make a real impression.
