   You cannot change ownership of the Blogger account, since your Blogger account is really your Google Account, you can only change the email on your Google Account.
   It's easy to edit or delete your Google Account.
   Editing your account
   To edit your account, simply follow these steps:
   1. Sign in on the Google Accounts homepage.
   2. Click the My Account link in the upper right corner of the page.
   3. Click Change email to edit the email address (username) associated with your account or Change password to select a new password. Please note that it's not possible to change the Google Mail username.
   To change your personal name, nickname, home country or time zone, click the Edit link located next to 'Personal information'.
   To remove certain products from your account, click the Edit link located next to 'My products'. It's currently not possible to remove all products from the list of services on your My Account page. If you'd like to remove a particular product from your account, please visit the Google Help page, where you can find extensive information on specific products.
   Deleting your account
   To delete your account, click the Edit link next to 'My products' and you'll be given the option to delete your account. Please note that deleting an account will permanently delete the Google products associated with that account, such as your orkut profile, iGoogle and your web history. If you use Google Mail with your account, you'll no longer be able to access your emails and you'll lose ownership of your Google Mail username.
