Being the dirtiest most unorganized I have ever seen with hazards out the a*s. Today the front doors crapped out and smashed my 2.5 yr old son in the face. As he's screaming I demand ther manager and turn on my recorder on my phone because I know what happnes behind closed doors. Rob Martin was the manager and noticed my many witnesses. Made me go in his office took my info and i stayed calm. After I said is that really it and he said yes, I opened the door where everyone saw me and I said "Sir is that it, you still refuse to apologize to my son?" and he said "NO" and went back in his office. I have a recording and photos and will have this dealt with. All I wanted was him to say sorry not deny his doors could be at fault and try to change my words as though I smashed my own kids face into them. What ignorence, I hope heloses his job.

I am a repeat customer to all of your walmart stores. I have to admitt one of your Calgar Aberta stores, my mother inlaw and disable daughter were treated with such disrespect that it had to make me think if I ever wanted to shop in your store again. I am totally appauled in this day and age that someone could be so disrespectful exspecially in such a diverse world we live in. I know I am a nobody in the Walmart sceme of things, but I felt that I should let you know about this appauling behavior. I don't remeber which Walmart it was in Calgary Alberta , but I can easily find this out<br /> DEBBIE ROBSON
Walmart FORT ST. JOHN B.C. Canada is a total disaster. The isles are all crammed with stock, this must be a fire hazard. There is no excuse for a store to look like this. Walmart should be ashamed at this. If stock/employee shortage is a problem store merchandise in cold storage.
Someone needs to come up here & give our store managers head a shake, as his store is disgusting!!!!
automotive section in surrey bc newton walmart are the most disrespectfull poeple. i call three times. put me on hold for 15 mins for the first time, and then i decided to call back, they decided to stop picking up my call after that. that is it walmart. you and your rude employee. i will never shop there again.
Walmart Mount Pearl has the worst customer service I have ever seen.I wanted to purchase an Ipod the guy on the cash took it out of the locked case for me told me there was only 2 in the store,he had to get a WII for another cutomer I said ok where are the skins for the Ipod?He said he would bring it to the cash for me.When I got to the cash I was in the line up & a man in front of me was getting 2 Ipods checked out ,the one that was taken out for me & the last one that was in the store.I said excuse me that one is mine,I was told by the same cashier No this gentleman had 2 & he had mine-BIG FAT LIE.He sold mine !!!25 MINS. LATER still no Ipod.I asked to see the manager-he said" WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT?"We said to give us another for the same price-he said no.Paul is worst excuse for a manager that I have ever seen.It is really sad to see that the customer is almost always right policy Does Not APPARENTLY APPLY to Walmart.They may or may not miss my money but I would rather shop Zellers than Mount Pearl Walmart.
The walmart in Kitchener at sunrise mall has a real cleaning issue The washrooms are filthy and not kept up. I need to use the handicap stall but the last 2 visits over the last month it was not clean and the toilet seat is way to small. Last nights visit I found the same plus urine all over the too small seat .Very sad for a new store

I spent one hour checking out at the Walmart supercentre in Alliston, Ontario this morning. First of all it's Friday and the store was very busy. There was ONE till open other than express. They opened one more and shut it after me because the girl was only helping out. The person in front of me had a cart full of Price Match items, which have to go through one at a time even though there were a dozen of the same item. I got fed up of waiting for that so I went to the only other one open which at this point was the only one. Guess what? There was also a woman in that line doing the same thing.
I have nothing against these women for saving their dollars for their families but there were about 8 people in the lineup wating with full carts.
The girl on the till said she couldn't believe how many people they brought in for a Friday. It was crazy!!! Of course people are coming in with price match on Friday. The flyers come out on Thursday. And by the way it's Christmas Season!!
We were so glad to get this store in the area but everybody is frustrated with the way this store is managed.
Most of the employees have not been trained properly which is no fault of their own and they never have enough tills open for the number of people checking out.
Very frustrating.

Went the other day and bought a couple things to change on the car. Air filter and oil filter and such. So i drive home, i live out of the city by an hour and half, start working on the car. I pulled out the air filter went to toss the box out and looked at the air filter and was come on. It was used, full of dirt and oil. That just pisses me off now i am stuck with this grubby filter, its only 12 bucks but if they allow this to happen a couple times here and there think how much they scam out of us then. We do have 2 WalMart in Trois Rivieres. The thing is they are so small that we don't have room to circulate in the alley there are colons right in the middle of the alley when someone stop to take something from the shelve you have to wait to go by. There is a big difference when you shop at other WalMart in the country or in the USA. Something should be done people from the Head Office should take a tour it is worthed. We do like Wal Mart it s a great family.
I went to 2 walmart stores to purchase a product that they advertised in the news paper the smart cycle racer. After 2 visits and getting know where the manager advised me that the product is no longer carried and even though it was in the flyer the stores never got it. Are you serious Walmart why waist customers time if you dont have rights to a product why lie about it. In addition to that the customer service was terrible you wait forever to get some one to assist you and when they come over to help, they are no help. I am getting tierd of dealing with a company that is loosing its passion for its customers. PULL IT TOGETHER WALMART!!!!!!

Ok so you are all complaining but what are you doing about it? just sitting here complaining isn't gonna do anything. STOP going there. Call the HEAD OFFICE. That is what I was told to do on Jan 9 2011 I went to 4 different Wal-Marts 1 in Ancaster 2 in Hamilton 1 in Stoney Creek and 1 in St. Catherines ONTARIO looking for a product they have advertised, I wastold at all 4 that they didn't even get the product and they didn't even have any of it on order!!!!
I was also told at all 4 to call the HEAD OFFICE ( of which they didn't have the number ) there is a person or a team that handles this and they end up sending you a Gift card, how much I don't know but that is what the workers and managers told me to do now the product I was going to buy is 2 for $12 and I wans't going to just buy 2 for the $12 I was going to spend $100 well pardon me $96 but with the tax and other things I would have bout would have brought my total over $150 instead I bought a couple of cheap items and 1 box of cat litter that cost like 7.96 and they forgot to charge me for it I didn't steal it because the box is 18 Kg and is quite big and very noticable. I of course didn't point put that she forgot to scan that or the 9Kg bag of Cat food that was $19.99 + tax and I am going to get the head office number and I am gona freak out on them and I am going to get $100 gift card at least by the time I'm done with them. You have to hit them big companies where they feel it, the bottom line. The people that work there could care less if you have driven 1.5 hours and been there 3-4 times looking for the same thing only to find they never had it to begin with FALSE ADVERTISING is against the law and you have to let them know it go higher than the managers that don't give a care. It is an act just think about it. CALL HEAD OFFICE. GOOGLE THE 1800 NUMBER AND DO SOME THING ABOUT IT!!! THAT IS WHAT I AM GOING TO DO.

Here is the CONTACT INFO for Wal-Mart Canada. The b*****d don't even have a 1800 number WOW they are cheap. That is OK just goto www.freephoneline.ca and register for a Free Phone program that you use on your computer ( you need a MIC and speakers a head set is better) but you can make free long distance phone calls to almost everywhere in Canada with it and it is a FREE Program and free to register, you can even pick your own phone number (well almost, you get to kinda choose but hey for free I'll take it) and I am going to call and call and call and call ( I'll sound like the freaking Energizer bunny) LOL

Against my better judgement, i went back to walmart today. As usual, the electronic eye that is set up to catch theives, rang out loud and clear when my children and I passed through it so everyone in the store could turn and look to see who the would-be thief might be. I asked for tha manager and got the "I don't give a d**n: Just give me my pay check" store manager. After voicing my complaint, he said "okay" and that was it. He perked up a bit when I mentioned head office but not enough to send an 'I actually care message wth his body language, voice tone, etc. I have no one to blame but myself for shopping there. You pay a big price when you sell your scrupples to save a penny. The deli department in our town, the Cowichan Valley, just had an outbreak of hepatitus A in the deli (meats and cheese). Customers and staff have been told to go to the health unit got gamma globulin shots for immune system. I am not even sure if they warned anyone other than people in the town. Chripes, people from other towns stop there to shop as they drive through this town. nice company, very community minded. they seem to like the $ but not the responsibility that goes with it.
After I guit working at Walmart I refused to ever shop there again because I am a human bieng
and I never saw such a discusting greedy slavedriving place.The store that I worked in thier recieving dept was deemed onsafe by the Ministry of Labour in Ont. I called them in after a box fell on my head unloading a truck that was sitting on a 20 degree angle.They had to spend money to level the truck so we could unload it safely.Walmart throws steel grociery carts in thier garbage conpacker and all old out dated grocierys go to the land fill .Walmart dose what the want.I would like to see a large union unionize every Walmart and take every store out on strike at the same time. I guit in 2010 just as they were doubling up our workload and as soon as they did that they cut off the bonus.Walmart is imoral Gary Baggey.
I just want to say ,I am from Brantford ont. First ;we need a Walmart in West Brant,in Brantford,second;the Walmart we do have in the North end,is a very messy store to shop in.A lot of times I go to the Simcoe Ont. store,now thats what all Walmart stores should be like. All the staff are hard worker but theres one lady in the cosmetic area that is so very friendly,I think her name is Jeanette,she really helpful and just so pleasant.All workers should be more like her.Anyway I hope our Walmart can improve. People should complaint more because its not working! I know the prices are low, but Wal-Mart is lacking in the service department. I do agree that most of the stores are dirty and are not kept well. I am gussing its because employees are paid below or at min wage.
I know that they did cut out the bonus for employees and I think that was wrong1 Its no wonder some of the employees steal and compliant about the company!

I have a problem with Walmart........ I went for an oil change on Jan.20/11 in Brampton, Ontario at 30 Coventry rd. they did the oil change and forgot to put back the cap, they left it on the right side head light under the hood of my car, I only found this out 4 days later when my car would not start and I tried to boost it, when I realized the oil cap was off and oil was splattered all ovev under my hood. I called Walmart and told they what had hapend and the manager said have it towed in and we will take a look at it. They paid for the tow, and all they did was shampoo under the hood. Now here is the problem
since then my car has been stalling and just shuting down, when I called back and talked to the manager he said Lady thats got nothing to do with us thats your problem and that he had video proof that the job was done right, we argued for a while and that I just said is there anyone else I can talk to ? he just said no and that he would have Walmart Insurance get in touch with me, well no one has contacted me and I dont know who to call or what more to do at this point??? does any one have any idea ??? Employees are all in fear. In Richmond Hill Bayview/ Majormackenze Walmart several employees were fired constantly every month bt store manager. Employees are noe working in tremendous stress, do not know who will be the next.

Walmart at Bayview and Major Mackenzie has the worst sales staff I have ever encountered. Especailly the old ladies, RUDE!!!!!!!!
Walmart at Stouffville and Markview Mall are not willing to do price match! I was refused by both stores in 2 different items. The assistant manager in Stouffville told me she needed the orginal copy of the flyer cannot accept the print out online. I asked her she can confirm the price on line but she told me she didn't have internet access "Bullshit"
Markview mall Walmart even worse. How? I brought the flyer to the customer service but the staff told me that because the other company who offer the lower price on the 5L Bon on weed (weed killer in green bottle) is over 20kms from Markview Mall and they cannot do price match! That's is bullshit! I went to Canadian Tire and get the price match immediately with no question ask! Walmart is Bullshit!
