   Ingredients:
   
   • Pan

   • Plastic wrap

   • 1/4 cup water
   
   • 1/4 cup liquid castile soap
   
   • 1/2 teaspoon sunflower or coconut oil
   
   • Plastic shampoo bottle
   
   • Natural Shampoo
   
   1. Mix 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup fluid Castile lather and a 1/2 teaspoon of sunflower or coconut oil and save it in a shampoo bottle. Coconut oil is perfect to use in shampoos because it decreases protein damage and absorbs in depth into the hair.
   
   2. Thoroughly rinse your hair and put a bountiful quantity of shampoo. Massage the shampoo from the roots to the tips of your hair.
   
   3. Massage your hair well and then rinse. If you have exceedingly thick or greasy hair, you may apply shampoo a second time."
