How to dial friend & family number in Mobilink Jazz Octane?

I want to know that how I have to dial friend & family number, as I have added 0092 before the number while adding it than all the time I call a friend a family number I have to add 0092. Explain this please.

    It is very simple to dial a friend & family number, you don't have to add 0092 before the number all the time you dial that number. Only the first time while you are adding the number you have to dial it.
