How to figured out a way to cope with so many skills in SWTOR?

I was wondering how would I cope with so many skills in SWOTR? I've got so many different skills that my keyboard and 5 mouse keys don't suffice! I don't have enough bottons so I have to click all the time!  http://www.swtorcredits.com
