I want to use PTCL broadband student package and heard that I have to download form for it. Where can I download form of it.

    Students and Faculty /Staff members can apply online for Student Package through URL (ptcl.com.pk/student/index.php) or visit www.ptcl.com.pk
    An Order Entry form will be displayed fill it with the requested information and press “Submit Your Request” tab.
    An option will be available on top of the page to download the form in PDF format. Please download the file and have it printed and validate it from your concerned institute.
