My PTCL line was disconnected since last year. Does anyone know detail about new telephone connection?

The customer can apply for a new telephone connection by calling at 080080800 and submit the application. Customer can also submit the New Telephone Connection form at our Customer Service Centers or at the Divisional Engineer's offices of the respective areas and you can also submit your application through online.
