Hey there, I am a Filipino citizen and want to get higher education from London in management sciences. I have applied for the admission already in few universities. I have never applied for Philippines passport before so I do not know the procedure for that. Someone please help me in getting the passport. Does anyone here know the procedure for that? I would be thankful for the help in this regard.

Here are the steps to follow in order to get a Philippines passport.
If you are going to apply for passport first time then present three ID photos sized 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm with a royal blue background. Make sure the pictures are neither over nor under-exposed. The new passport machine may reject the photographs if your clothes are too bright in it. There should not be any shadow in the background. Your photos must be no more than 6 months old by the time you use it in your passport application.
Get an NSO Birth Certificate on security paper. If your NSO birth certificate is unreadable, get a Certified True Copy of your birth record from the Local Civil Registrar where you were born. (You may need help from a relative in the Philippines for this if you are overseas.)
    Get a criminal record clearance.
Fill out the passport application form.
    Get additional documents, if needed.
Apply in person at the Department of Foreign Affairs.
Get your passport pictures taken inside the DFA building.
Follow all the above mention steps and you will get your passport.
