   If you want to get started learning web programming than first you have to learn HTML language which is very easy, simple and basic language of the web programming. you can learn HTML language easly from the Site: http://www.w3schools.com/html/DEFAULT.asp
   
   After learning HTML language, Moreover you have to choose web programming language. There are many web programming languages for example PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript etc
   
   Further, Install "Macromedia Dreamweaver" which is web development application.
