How to import Themes into iPhone 3Gs without using WinSCP ??

I got an iPhone 3Gs and I would like to know how to import Themes into the iPhone without using WinSCP. I have Winterboard on my iPhone. So anyone knows any way I could import Themes into my iPhone without using WinSCP or any other programs.
