How to make free call from pc to mobile in Pakistan?

I want to know the process of making free call from pc to mobile in Pakistan. A friend told me that it is possible but he didn’t tell me how to do it. Please help!

    If you wish to make free PC based  calls to Pakistani landline or mobile phone numbers, you will have to follow these steps:


     First you will have to Download the  FREECall program. Second step would be to, install it.    Then, go thru their free signup and get a free username and password.Scan and test your microphone and speaker.Login to freecall application. Make direct call to any land number they support. They also have a limited countries with mobile supported.
