How to receive cash through western union if I am not US citizen?

Currently I am studying in USA and want to receive my western union cash payments in USA but I am not a permanent citizen of USA. Can some tell me what do I need to receive my western union payments in USA.

    You need to show your Student identification card to any western union agent in USA and get your  western union payments.
