I often get to hear about fungal infections. From the last few days or so I am feeling a lot of itching in the fingers of my left foot and I can see some rashes developing there. I have been advised to see a skin specialist but before I go on to see one; can anyone tell me how to actually recognize fungal infection symptoms?

It is not very difficult to recognize fungal infections. Mostly these infections can be seen easily developing on the surface of your body parts without even getting to see a doctor. The symptoms of fungal infections may be different depending on the type and severity of the infection and the area of the body affected along with other individual factors. They can occur anywhere on your skin like on your upper body, arms and legs, in your face, under, on or in your hair, in your groin, on the soles of your feet, the palms of your hands, between your fingers or toes, etc.
