How to resubmit the site map on the Google through webmaster?

I just made some changes to the sitemap of my webpage due to the addition of more pages and I like to resubmit it . Please help?

    When you make changes to your Sitemap, you can resubmit it using your Google Webmaster Tools account or an HTTP request.
    1. On the Webmaster Tools Home page, click the site you want.
    2. Under Site configuration, click Sitemaps.
    3. Select the Sitemap you want to resubmit, and then click Resubmit.
