I send an sms to my friend in Pakistan but that was not send to him. What is the procedure to send an sms in Pakistan.

    To send an SMS message to a Mobilink number in Pakistan while using   Mobilink Jazz International roaming, simply enter 00 92 300 followed by the subscriber number. For example, if the number dialed while in Pakistan is 0300 x*x XXXX, simply key in 00 92 300 x*x XXXX and press SEND.
