   First decide the place where Christmas tree will remain throughout the season. Branches of the tree should be fluffed, make sure they are not flattened. Tree should be placed at a distance from heat source and draft. Its better to clean and water the tree, before starting the decorations.

    In order to trim a Christmas tree, First of all make sure the branches of the tree are fully "fluffed."Keep the tree away from drafts or heat source. Water and clean the tree before you begin decorating it. Test the lights to verify that they are working. String up the lights. Begin at top of the tree and work your way down. Decorate your tree with ornaments, garlands etc. Try stringing popcorn or cranberries into long garlands. Place an ornament at the very top of the tree.
