   Fashion refers to the style, custom and trend prevalent in given time. By style and custom I mean as in dress and behavior. You can use fashion to articulate yourself, to serve as an expansion of your individuality. Accepting fashion shows you are willing to accept new ideas. Every thing you put on sends a message as to what you want the others to think about yourself. Now I’m not saying become fashion obsessed but you should know what the current trends are. Now you don’t want to look like the 80’s Michael Jackson in 2009 do you? Mostly the designers influence what’s “in”. The designers work up a concept and the celebrities are usually the first ones to try the new “design” out. Hence this leads to a new fashion statement. Now if you decide to copy that image and buy the design or style then that design or style becomes “in”. The world’s fashion centres are mostly London, Los Angeles, Toronto, Hong Kong, Sydney and Sao Paolo but the major hubs are New York, Milan and Paris.
