    "Here are some simple rules of how to write an acknowledgement, with the help of them you can better be able to write:
   
   • To apply proper formal language in order to sound unbiased, neither friendly neither harsh;
   
   • To use to the point writing style for every acknowledgement application as the room is limited; to be neither talkative neither uncommunicative;
   
   • To yield due vigilance to the spelling of titles, names and honors’;
   
   • To avoid irony and be amiable
   
   • Use professional fonts like Times New Roman or Arial. Throughout the letter use the same font. The font size should be readable.
   
   • Always put your signature on the letter before dispatching it.
   
   • The letter needs to have a complimentary closure. Use sayings like yours truly, thanking you, yours sincerely, etc. in the end of the letter followed by your signature and full name."
