I HAVE A CANON ELURA 60.  WHEN I TURN ON THE SCREEN FOR THE CAMERA USAGE, THE ZOOM SETTING IS ALREADY ON THE RIGHT "T".  I PUSH IT OVER TO THE LEFT "W", BUT IT KEEPS GOING BACK TO THE RIGHT...ALWAYS IN ZOOM MODE AND I AM UNABLE TO TAKE A PICTURE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.  I READ SOMEWHERE IN SOME BLOG CALLED "TOUGH LOVE".  YOU SIMPLY SMACK THE BOTTOM OF THE CAMERA A COUPLE OF TIMES AND IT WILL UNSTICK THE AUTOMATIC ZOOM MODE!  SOUNDED FUNNY, BUT I TRIED IT AND IT WORKED!!  HOPE IT WORKS FOR YOU, TOO.
