It was my dream to become a doctor. Unfortunately for some reasons I could not have my dream fulfilled. A friend of mine advised me to become a medical technician as it is quite close to a doctor. For this reason, I want to know about career of a medical technician.

A medical technician is the one who has to carry out a variety of tasks that involve collecting and analyzing data collected from samples of blood, urine, and other fluids of the body so as to determine the existence of any abnormalities. After collecting the samples of bodily fluids, the medical technician analyzes the sample and performs further research if required so that final conclusions could be made that could either support or prove the physician’s diagnosis as false. The career of a medical technician involves remarkable attention to details with clear and concise understanding of various medical terminologies. A medical technician can work either in a laboratory, clinic or in the emergency department of general hospitals. You need to have a 4 year bachelor degree with some medical technology background along with sufficient experience required for career as a medical technician.
