I bought 2010 Mercedes E350 with parktronic option. Sensors are working but parking guidance is not

I was told by Mercedes dealership that Parking guidance is an option to Parktronic but the website of MB USA spells very vlear that Parktronic comes with Parking guidance. Who is right and what I should do to activate the parking guidance?

    If it is so then only the company can repair that problem. So, take the car to the company to get repaired.
