I can't find drivers for my BenQ Joybook U102 lite!

I've tried everything. i need the drivers for windows xp! what to do?? please help. there are no drivers on the benq website...!

    I could not get the right kind of driver for WLAN to activate wireless wifi in my netbook "Benq joybook lite u102",the properties for the device Broadcom WLAN 102.8 b/g indicate that it could not be loaded.

    The OS is win Vista. Could some one suggest the solution
