I got a the sharper image mp4,

got the music to download, but the are on a file,,, cannot hear the music it keeps on saying file format not compatible,,,,,Please help I'm still a computer dummy, but trying to figure things.

I am having problems downloading songs. Also the disk is unreadable. Do I need to get a certain software ?

I have a sharper image touch mp4 player and I do not know how to download music from the computer to the player. Can someone help me?

it worked great and now I can't get it to do anything but turn on. When it powers on the sharper image logo comes on and that is it. Also, when I plug it into my laptop it is not recognized. Any ideas????
