I have salton coffee mill model CM-4 how to use it and clean it ?

   It's so long since you posted your question that unfortunately this is probably too late to be of any use to you. But in case anyone else is looking for the same information....

   
   

   I have the same coffee grinder and thus have a copy of the manual.  If I can work out how to upload it somewhere, I'll try to do so.  It is fairly skeletal. :-) But apparently, you can remove the blade for cleaning. Here's what the manual says:

   
   

   >> Remove the plug from the socket. Unlock the grinding wheel by turning the wheel in the direction of the arrow** Remove carefully.  Clean the chamber with a brush to remove any residual coffee.  Make sure to lock the grinding wheel again before using the coffee mill the next time. << 

   
   

   **There's a diagram showing the wheel. When you are looking down onto the wheel, you turn it clockwise to unlock it and counter-clockwise (anti-clockwise) to lock it.  Above the diagram it says "Push to open".

   
   

   Incidentally, somewhere else online I saw a tip suggesting that you grind dry rice to clean a cofffee grinder. I tried that, and it seemed to work quite well.
