There are a few possibilities. If I'm not mistaken, that set is based on CRTs. One strong possibility is that the Blue CRT is aging and getting weak. Another is that the lens for the blue gun needs to be cleaned. In fact, on these sets all those lenses need cleaning once in a while. It's possible that a wire controlling the blue CRT broke or became loose in the move. It's possible the chip controlling the blue CRT is going/gone. The coolent for the blue CRT could be contaminated. Or it's possible you just need a calibration.
I don't recommend mucking around inside these sets unless you know what you're doing. There can be extremely hazardous voltages present for long after the set's been powered down and unplugged. Using the wrong type of cleaning solution, or the wrong towels could render the parts you're cleaning completely useless. Disassembling something in the wrong order could spill coolant all over circuit boards that will ruin them. A proper calibration could require going into a Service Menu in which one wrong button press could completely muck things up.
If you're confident in yourself, do a bunch of research on these topics before delving in, especially on safety precautions.
