I need to know how to remove a stuck tampon when there's a septate hymen. no hospital - too icy out.

   Wash your hands and get a mirror so you can see what you're doing. Then start to pull out the tampon until you feel the pressure of the hymen stretching. Move the band of hymen which is stretched across the tampon to one side so you can remove the tampon. I have one side smaller than the other so it's always the same method for me but just move the band in the opposite direction  to the gap you inserted it. Good Luck!
