MoneyGram will never send you an unsolicited email asking for your personal or financial information. You should only submit this information if you know you have signed onto their secure Web site at MoneyGram.com/wps/portal/MoneyGramOnline with your user ID and password. The safest way to do this is to type the URL into your browser rather than clicking on a link embedded in an unsolicited email. If you receive a suspicious email purporting to be from MoneyGram, please report it to them so they can investigate. Also, if your financial information has been compromised, they recommend that you contact your financial institution immediately.
