Some easy yoga exercises for beginners.

I am into my late forties and often have some health problems. A friend of mine has asked me to take some yoga exercises. Since I am a beginner, so do not know much about yoga exercises. Anyone who know about this, kindly suggest me some easy yoga exercises for beginners.

    For those who are new to Yoga and do not know much about this, it is basically a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline that aims attainment of a state of an ideal sacred insight and harmony while contemplating  on Supersoul. It was started in India many years ago and presently practiced in almost every part of the world. For the starters, the basic yoga positions are yoga stretches, standing poses, supine poses, prone poses, sitting positions, pranayama and meditation. It may seem to be confusing initially but you will feel comfortable as you will progresses and will be taking on more challenging poses. Given below are few poses for the beginners:
