My name is Jeff Suggs.  My company is paintoversprayremovaloftexas.com.  I have a video that's called "Hard core iron dust epoxy paint over sprays".  You can view this on my youtube account.  First of all, wash the vehicle and dry it thoroughly.  Then go to Home Depot and buy some muriatic acid.  You want to make sure the vehicle is not in the sun and the surface of the vehicle's paint is cool to the touch.  Mix the acid as follows:  20% acid and 80% water.  Make sure that you are wearing rubber gloves.  Apply the solution very carefully as if you were applying wax but not in a circular motion.  Keep away from the chrome.  Let it sit for about 10 minutes.  Wash the vehicle again and dry thoroughly.  Apply a thin coat of wax, preferably Auto Magic BC-2.  This is a non abrasive product.  Get a spray bottle, fill it with water, and one good squirt of Ivory dishwashing liquid.  Do not remove the wax, take the water/soap solution and clay each panel individually.  Wiping off each panel after you are done to make sure that all of the iron dust is removed.  I clay through the wax to cut down on the friction from the clay bar and only use the fine grade blue Auto Magic clay bar.  If you follow these directions and do not leave out one step, you will have no trouble removing the most severe iron dust.  I have cleaned 1000's of iron dust oversprays using this method.  I hope this helps you with your overspray problem.
