If I am a resident of Lahore can I apply for hostel accommodation in LUMS?

I am living in Lahore but it took a lot of time to reach university and also many friends of mine are living in hostels. So, for a combine study, i want to live in the hostel. Can i apply for the room or not.

    You can apply but applicants from outside Lahore are given first priority. All applications are processed but there are less chances for a candidate living in Lahore to avail the facility of hostel room.
