If a property owner's details change, how can Bahria Town Rawalpindi management be updated?

I want to change the owner's details of my Bahria Town Rawalpindi house but I don’t know how to inform the management? Can someone tell me that?

    The owner must send a written request to update the contact details. Give a link to download the format. We do not have such a form online right now, will give the url from the new website -USE THE ATTACHED WORD DOC –Change of address (DETAILS PENDING – CLIENT/WEBMASTER)
