If i can transfer to another program in Air university?

I am in EMBA and want to change my program to MBA, is it possible to transfer to another program.

    Transfer to another program is only possible under special circumstances and if you want to transfer you may apply in the first two semesters of the program. The application is to be submitted to the respective Chair Department at least two weeks before the start of the semester in which the student is seeking a program transfer. Only students with CGPA of at least 3.0 are eligibile to apply.
