    Adelaide Airport has limited land suitable for office/warehousing, industrial and commercial development at strategic points along the southern and eastern boundaries of the airport land. Overall area is around 15 hectares.
    Opportunities for future development include sites adjacent to Netley and West Richmond that are suited toward office/warehousing, light industry and distribution activities, with allotments expected to range from 1 to 2 hectares in area, with suitable allowance given to aesthetic landscaping to  segregate activities from nearby residential zones.
    In the Morphett Road vicinity, Adelaide Airport has a unique site of some 4.5ha that has been classified as suited to general industry.
