    Taj Mahal is placed as one of the eight wonders of the world, and some Western historians have mentioned that its architectural beauty has never been surpassed. The Taj is the most fabulous monument built by the Mughals, the Muslim rulers of India. Taj Mahal is built completely with white marble. Its astonishing architectural beauty is beyond adequate description, especially at dawn and sunset time. The Taj observes to glow in the florescence of the full moon. While on the foggy morning, the tourists experience the Taj as if suspended when viewed from across the Jamuna River.
   
   Taj Mahal was constructed t by a Muslim, Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife and queen Mumtaz Mahal at Agra, India. It is an excellent work of marble or some say an expression of a dream. The meaning of Taj Mahal is a crown palace. It is a Mausoleum that contains the grave of Queen Mumtaz Mahal at the lower part. The grave of Shah Jahan was made in it later. The real name of the queen was Arjumand Banu. In the tradition of the Mughals, respectable ladies of the royal family were given another name at their marriage or at some other important event in their lives, and that new name was normally used by the public. The beautiful Taj Mahal was made over a period of twenty-two years, twenty thousand workers paid their services and it was completed in 1648 C.E.
