   Different Trainings at Esplanade Singapore are being held by Esplanade Singapore, their details are as follows: STAGE MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME (SMTP) The Stage Management Training Programme is a 12-month sponsored training programme designed to meet the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) System.
   
   The training programme provides training in the roles and responsibilities of an Assistant Stage Manager, Venue Stage Manager and Stage Manager during the rehearsal process load-in, technical rehearsals, performances, and load-out. The participant will learn and be assessed in the different aspects of stage management including but not limited to arranging rehearsal spaces, procuring rehearsal props, creating prompt book, scheduling meetings, costume fittings, roles, responsibilities, and the basic methodology of being a good Stage Manager.  The training for the participants will include classroom facilitated training and on the job training in actual productions.
   The Stage Management Training Programme is open to individuals who have a keen passion in the performing arts and would like to work in the field of stage management.
