Is there anyone who can help me by providing me full details about indoor cardio exercises? I am a 23 years old girl with 70 kg weight. So please help me with complete information.

     "There are some of easy and worthy cardio exercises which everyone can do at home or outside with no equipment. Cross Country Skiers is one of them which is a highly beneficial cardiovascular workout that engages whole body motion that effects cross country skiing. In order to do this workout accurately:

    • Initialize in an upright posture with the legs in a staggered stance (one leg about 3 feet in front of the other).

    • Now place the left foot at front and then place the right arm out in front, and vice-versa.

    • Initialize your motion by moving the feet (right foot at front) and the arms. Confirm that the front arm proceeds up in the air and the back arm should be down at the edge, somewhat behind.

    • Do this step again to the other side. Keep doing again in a nonstop way for a certain timed spam. Confirm to hold the centre compact during the whole exercise."
