    Yes, the deforestation causes extreme hot summer in Pakistan. Forests contribute a lot to decrease the global warming, as the soil in forests are moist but without the protection from sun-blocking trees covers the soil dry out quickly. Trees also help perpetuate the water cycle by returning water vapor back into the atmosphere. Without trees to fill these roles, many former forest lands can quickly become barren deserts. As the deserts become really hot and can cause increase in temperature during summer.
